3. Account & Access
Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all actions taken from your account.
4. Payments, Wallet & Refunds
TechInterviewAI uses a wallet model to purchase interview sessions. Prices, taxes, and billing policies are displayed at the time of purchase. All purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated in a refund policy.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal activities; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or attack the Service; (c) upload malicious content or content that violates others’ rights; or (d) impersonate others.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
All content, designs, trademarks, and software provided by TechInterviewAI are owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce or redistribute our proprietary content without permission. You retain ownership of the content you provide, but you grant TechInterviewAI a license to use it to operate and improve the Service.
7. AI Responses, Accuracy & Use
The Service includes AI-generated feedback and content. AI outputs are provided for educational and training purposes and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely solely on AI outputs for high-stakes decisions.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechInterviewAI disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechInterviewAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for any reason with notice where required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TechInterviewAI is incorporated, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide notice (for example via email or in-app). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
